Sales Professionals: This is a business-to-business inside sales position. Leads are sourced via inbound and outbound lead generation channels, including trade shows. You will be responsible for closing qualified in-bound leads as well as making cold-calls to targeted lists of prospects to generate outbound leads. You will close new business using a consultative selling approach to small and medium size businesses. You will be responsible for performing outbound lead generation activities such as sending emails and performing product demonstrations. You will have weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets as well as other predefined performance metrics. Compensation is competitive – half base, half bonus. Earning Potential $80-90K in your first year.

About You:

2 to 5 years’ experience in a high acquisition, consultative B2B sales role
Have a proven track record of sales success and progression in a telesales environment
Are able to explain complicated technical matters to clients in a simple, clear way in emails and on the phone
Quickly build relationships with customers over the phone so that they happily tell you about their business issues
You organize yourself to make sure you get all your work done and meet your targets
Have a college degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of the custom home builder and remodeler industry is a plus
Implementation Coach: The Implementation Coach is responsible for turning custom homebuilders and remodelers into loyal clients. Use your expertise to effectively onboard clients onto our software in a way that addresses the distinct business challenges of each client. The Implementation Coach partners with the Sales Team to deliver an exceptional client experience in order to maximize clients’ engagement with our software. We want our clients to love our products, and you play a key role in our client relationships. Potential to request an early (7 a.m.) or late (11 a.m.) shift. Earning Potential
$42-52K in your first year.

About You:

2 to 5 years’ experience working in B2B customer service and/or account management with cloud-based solutions
Clear and energetic phone communication skills, building rapport and relationships quickly
Experience identifying client needs in a consultative style
You are an expert at prioritizing tasks on your list and ad hoc requests that land in your lap
Able to persuasively convey the value of our software to our clients’ particular business needs, and earn client buy-in
Able to keep clients engaged in the implementation process, even in the face of challenges
Able to identify issues and skilled at attacking them head-on
Understand the importance of letting your personality shine through to clients
Interest in technology, and able to both learn and train others on new systems and features quickly
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Knowledge of the custom home builder and remodeler industry is a plus
Support Representative: The Customer Support Representative helps clients better understand and utilize the Co-construct software platform. You’ll develop and maintain expert-level product knowledge, and respond to email and phone inquiries. Our Support team also regularly leads webinar sessions and creates instructional videos for clients. Potential to request an early (7 a.m.) or late (11 a.m.) shift. Earning potential $38-48K in your first year.

About You:

2 to 5 years’ experience working in B2B customer service and/or account management with cloud-based solutions
