Please join Home to Hope for a panel discussion on “Expungement Reform” for local time-served citizens and community members.
For the first time in Virginia history, legislation has passed granting automatic expungement for some misdemeanor offenses and petition-based expungement for certain felony offenses. The legalization of marijuana bills have been expedited and Gov. Northam has passed an executive order restoring rights to all Virginians including time-served individuals currently on probation.
