In an era of sometimes tense relations between police and the communities they serve, RTD columnist Mark Holmberg proposes a way to ease pain and violence: The Act Right Movement.

Holmberg believes an increase in responsible behavior can elevate respect on all sides.

At the 68th RTD Public Square, Holmberg will be joined by activist and educator Osita Iroegbu, Richmond Police Chief Alfred Durham and Claire Gastanaga of the Virginia ACLU for a civil conversation about one of this year’s hottest issues.
