The positions require the following qualifications:
Call center experience preferred – Customer Service
Collections experience required – Collectors
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
Proficient typing skills
Must be able to work some late nights and some weekends as scheduled by Management
Automatic dialer experience a plus
Strong negotiation skills
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Primary responsibilities include the following:
Making and receiving calls through automated dialer
Taking payments on past due accounts
Handling customer service related issues
Processing detailed paperwork
Adhering to company policies and procedures in addition to complying with state andfederal regulations
