Multiple positions available. Multiple Shifts available.
High School Diploma/GED required; no prior food exp. necessary.
Prior institutional food service or restaurant exp. a plus.
Ability to motivate/supervise inmates to attain quality and quantity of food production in a correctional facility.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Prepares, assists or instructs inmate labor or team members in prep of variety of food items etc.
Supervise inmate labor and/or team members with company/facilities policies etc.
