Westminster at Lake Ridge is a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community serving older adults in three levels of service: Independent Living, Assisted Living and a Health Center. Our team of roughly 270 total employees serves a population of over 400 total residents on 62 acres that back up to the Occoquan reservoir.

This is a great opportunity to join a mission-oriented organization and engaged leadership team that strives to make a difference in the lives of others.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions in our different departments, for both full time and part time positions. We are looking for individuals that are customer service oriented and with prior experience in their field, preferably in the continuing care industry.

Nursing Center – CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s – must have experience working in long term care, acute rehab care or a similar setting; must have a current and active Virginia license.

Home Care – CNA’s – must have prior experience in long term care, must have a current and active CNA license in Virginia.
– laundry attendant – must have prior experience in working with laundry equipment.

Maintenance and Facilities – security guards, maintenance crew, housekeepers, grounds keeper, grounds manager – security guards must have an unarmed security certificate.

Dining Services – dishwashers, prep cooks, servers, dining manager
